SHIPPING, RETURNS & LEAD TIMES

SAMPLES & SMALLPAPER

Sample orders & Smallpaper orders of 3 or less are mailed via Canada Post without tracking & have a lead time of approximately 2 weeks depending on your location.

Sample orders & Smallpaper orders of 4 or more are shipped via DHL with tracking & have a lead time of approximately a week. A signature is not required at the time of delivery. 

ALL tapestry sample orders are shipped via DHL with tracking & have a lead time of approximately a week. A signature is not required at the time of delivery. 

Sample & Smallpaper orders are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

WALLCOVERINGS

Wallcoverings have a lead time of 3-4 weeks from the date an order is placed. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. A signature is required at the time of delivery.

Fine & Dandy Co. provides shipping within North America using UPS Standard Ground shipping. All shipping charges include any brokerage fees and duties. Your order may be subject to state taxes, calculated once a shipment reaches your state and you will be responsible for paying any additional taxes for customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Fine & Dandy Co. will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to customer absence or errors in shipping addresses. If you refuse any shipments from Fine & Dandy Co., you remain responsible for all charges.

Fine & Dandy Co. Tapestries have a lead time of 12-14 weeks from the date an order is placed. All tapestry orders are shipped via DHL. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. A signature is required at the time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Fine & Dandy Co. will happily ship products to clients located outside of North America. Duties and associated fees for international orders will vary by country. Fine & Dandy Co. is not responsible for duties or taxes required by each country for the import or delivery of an order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WALLCOVERINGS, WALL HANGINGS, & TAPESTRIES

Fine & Dandy Co. wallcoverings are made to order and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event of a material printing error, please contact us immediately & we will be happy to assist you.

SCARVES

Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your items. Merchandise must be in original condition and its packaging to be accepted for return. We do not offer refunds for returned items unless the product is defective or has been damaged in transit. We do not credit original, return or exchange shipping costs.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

To initiate a return, please email contactus@fineanddandycompany.com  before sending the item(s) back.Any orders outside of Canada will require customs documents including a Commercial Invoice and Cusma Form. We would be happy to provide you with the information needed for the shipping documents.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to pack and seal the merchandise safely and securely in its original packaging. We recommend all returns be sent using UPS or FedEx and insured for its full value with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.

Once we receive your return in good condition, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email when our team has processed your return.
