Fine & Dandy Co. provides shipping within North America using UPS Standard Ground. All shipping charges include any brokerage fees. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, calculated once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
If you would like a shipping estimate for orders outside of North America, we would be happy to assist you. Duties and associated fees for international orders will vary by country. Fine & Dandy Co. is not responsible for duties or taxes required by each country for the import or delivery of an order. Please email us at email@example.com for more information.

We will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to customer absence or errors in shipping addresses. If you refuse any shipments from Fine & Dandy Co., you remain responsible for all charges.
A signature is required for all deliveries.
Fine & Dandy Co. wallcoverings are made to order and all sales are final. In the event of a material printing error, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org after you receive your order and we will be happy to assist.
SCARVESOnline orders may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your items. Merchandise must be in original condition and its packaging to be accepted for return. We do not offer refunds for returned items unless the product is defective or has been damaged in transit. We do not credit original, return or exchange shipping costs.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com before sending the item(s) back. Any orders outside of Canada will require customs documents including a Commercial Invoice and Cusma Form. We would be happy to provide you with the information needed for the shipping documents.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to pack and seal the merchandise safely and securely in its original packaging. We recommend all returns be sent using UPS or FedEx and insured for its full value with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
Once we receive your return in good condition, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email when our team has processed your return.
