Fine & Dandy Co. is proud to offer two categories of substrates that are strong, durable, & wipeable! Type I & Type II are both commercial grade and are required to pass rigorous certification processes, they can also both be used in residential and commercial settings.
So, how do they differ?
Type I weighs 13oz and is substantially more durable than traditional wallpaper. This product is ideal for residential spaces or low traffic commercial spaces. As this is our most breathable substrate, it is recommended for use in bathrooms and kitchens where moisture is a concern.
Type II weighs 20oz and offers the highest quality and durability in materials that provide premium, luxe finishes. These substrates were designed to be incredibly durable in order to withstand significant wear & tear. Our Type II substrates are ideal for high traffic residential spaces or commercial spaces, such as: hotel lobbies, restaurants, offices, retail spaces...etc.
Our Eco-Friendly substrate has a canvas-like texture, making it feel more like a textile than traditional wallpaper. Being highly breathable, this substrate allows for moisture to transfer through the material, aiding in the prevention of mold; it is also eco-friendly, containing 31% post consumer recycled content, and FREE of PVC, Lead, Plasticizers and Heavy Metals.
This substrate offers designers and consumers a high quality, durable wallcovering at an incredible value!

Atelier is a certified vinyl with an elegant silky finish that looks & feels as though it's been made out of silk - perfect for a more formal space!

Commercial Grade Canvas is a certified vinyl with a matte finish & a canvas-like texture. It is wipeable, hardy, and easily removable!

Rattan is a woven backed vinyl with an organic, woven texture that resembles grasscloth. This substrate is compatible with Solvent, Eco-solvent, UV, and Latex printing systems.
